From Government’s current point of view, a car with up 1600cc engine is tax 10% less than a 300 cc PTW. Current lack of understanding of PTW’s as a tool to reduce problems such as traffic jams, parking space, CO2 Emmisions and affordable urban mobility is resulting in a recessing market for PTW’s.
